I've come from a world of hard work, work harder and hustle. I love what I do, providing wellness solutions and massage therapy services. But the only way up was expanding and work even harder and it led me to an empty cup and complete and utter burnout.

I had to find another way, I wanted to do things differently alongside my passion work, where I could tap into a more sophisticated way of building businesses and income, not the 'traditional' way. I was no longer willing to sacrifice my health and happiness for what seemed a never ending loop of harder work.
After 20 years in the health industry, my passion for health and wellness continues to strengthen and so I have been looking for smarter and more spacious ways to compliment my already successful business and combat any future potential of burnout again.
I have recently added an inline component to my offerings, building sustainable and long term health and wealth through water.
